Many shall look on in awe and trust in the Lord (Psalm 40:4).
Blessed the man who makes the Lord his trust; who turns not to idolatry or to those who stray after falsehood (Psalm 40:5). Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose trust is the LORD (Jeremiah 17:7).
Trust in the power of the Most High! (Luke 1:35). Trust in him at all times, O my people! Pour out your hearts before him (Psalm 62:9).
Reflection:
There are times when your situation in life dictates your frame of mind. While it is true that we should be realistic and practical, we should
also never forget that we have a God who can transform impossibilities
into realities.
Like the Blessed Mother Mary when it was announced to her that she will
be with child, she said to the angel, "How can this be, since I have no
relations with a man?" (Luke 1:34). It was an impossible situation but Her trust and obedience to the Lord gave birth to the salvation of mankind.
In trusting the Lord, you will never run dry. You shall always be filled with endless possibilities that can give you a life of abundance and prosperity. When the heat of day comes, you shall remain fresh and continue to bear fruit (Jeremiah 17:8).
Prayer:
Lord, I am truly blessed because I trust in you and my trust is you!
